• Walk- In to one of our salons-we will always do our best to accommodate walk in appointments but we do get busy & would always recommend booking advance to avoid disappointment

• We try to organise our appointment schedules to accomodate last minute and on the day bookings – if you can’t find an available appointment through our online booking service  please call your prefered salon to check if there are last minute appoinments available. As we know a human being can still be more helpful & flexible than a computer !!

How to cancel or reschedule an appointment online

• choose the ONLINE BOOKING on this website

• • select the branch that your booking is made for

  • go to the menu icon (3 small lines) at the left-hand side of the header banner

  • firstly, log into your account – if you don’t have one you can create one

• once logged in your FUTURE APPOINTMENTS tab will show -click on this tab

• • choose one of the options to either CHANGE or CANCEL a booking

• click the link to online booking tab on this page or other pages where the tab shows it will take you to the on-line booking page of our website

• choose your preferred salon

• follow the prompts to make your booking

• if you require a soak off firstly choose your required nail or toe treatment you will then be taken to the soak off options tab automatically so simply choose the service you require

•  if no availability shows for the time you want please call your branch as there may still be availability.

•  please be aware that your email confirmation of booking will be sent to the email address that we hold on your CUSTOMER PROFILE information. This may be different to the one you use to log in to online booking

•  if you do not receive your email please check when you visit the salon that we have the correct and most up to date email for you.

• we have a strict 16 years of age or over policy for nail extensions, tinting and some waxing treatments including brow waxing.

• if you have made a booking for appointments which takes 1 hour or longer, or have made a booking for more than 1 person we may call you to confirm your appointment and will require a 50% deposit by credit or debit card-this will only be refundable if you cancel a full 24 hours in advance of the appointment

• we do endeavour to organise our staffing levels so you can book on the day or just walk in however there may be limited availability so we always recommend that you try to book in advance to avoid disappointment

• Get a great 25% Discount on a treatment by referring someone to us who hasn’t visited a Mint Salon before.

• The more people you refer to us the more discounted treatments you will receive!

• simply ask your therapist for a Price List with our Refer A Friend section on it.

• we write your name on it.

• you give it to someone you have referred who hasn’t visited us before

• they hand it back to us when they come in for their treatment

• To ensure the highest hygiene standards we ask you to purchase your own nail file and buffer for all nail & pedicure treatments.

• these are yours to keep and reuse at your next Mint treatment – you will be given them in a sealed plastic bag

• we have a nominal charge for these of £1 per item

• Under 16’s are welcome to have certain treatments at Mint Salons however we have strict age restrictions on some treatments

• a parent or guardian must also accompany any child aged 12 or under during their treatment.

• we offer we do not offer gel manicure & pedicure to anyone under 14 years of age

• we do not offer nail extensions & waxing or tinting treatments to those aged below 16.

• any bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with this policy will be non-refundable.

• please note that children can accompany you to your treatment but we kindly request that they do not interrupt the work of your therapist or the relaxation of other clients.

• we kindly remind you that their safety is your sole responsibility and we can accept no liability for accidents caused by accompanying children.

• E-Vouchers can be purchased for monetary value only

• receive an E-Voucher by email within 24 hours if ordered Monday to Friday up to 5pm or by Monday if ordered Saturday or Sunday

• if you require a Card Voucher sending by post please email customerservice@mintsalons.co.uk but please allow up to 10 days for delivery

• E-Vouchers can only be used in the branch specified at time of purchase

• Buy a Card Voucher at any Mint Salon or The Beauty Rooms in Wakefield

• Can be for a specific treatment ( eg a gel manicure) or a monetary value.
